No you're right she is a cow, more a stupid woman though. She really doesn't have that much sympathy. I hated it when she put Shell on the Muppet Wing with crazy Tessa, but I was sad to see that old woman have to see her hubby in a coffin and then later on with the Doc and a bunch of other things she has gone through in later eps.
