Scott Weiland (The singer) is a great frontman, he was the singer for the band Stone Temple Pilots too, hes a great stage act, and he was a brilliant singer, but hes almost 40 now, and his days of heroine abuse have gotten to him, both physically and singing wise. He sounds decent here, but for the most part hes really washed up.
