| Restoril i have been on over 2 years, it has caused the most best nights of sleep. It does cause sudden anger, and confusion if you have bipoler disorder. Rage, and other. But it does help very much with sleep. |

| anyone on this, it is highly addictive and has nasty withdrawel, it can take weeks to taper of it, the side effects i experienced were, heart palpatations, severe confusion, and if u suffer from deppresion, like me that become intolarable, it will help 2 sleep, and kill anxiety, but it has real physical withdrawel. be carefull i know |
