I feel you. My dad's from Trinidad, but my mum adopted his behaviour. Esp. about the hair thing....I have natural hair, every time I come home "you not putting any cream in your hair?" How about a nice weave, not this stuff!" My hair not even that coarse, specially cause I am mixed with East Indian from my father side....lol....too funny though!
