have you ever been to saudi arabia? It is the worlds number one exporter of petrolium. It's not a third world country, third world nations have = no functioning electrical grid, poor and disfunct infrastructure, non functioning government and so on. Yemen south of the border is a third world nation. But if you are talking about living standards and poverty Saudi Arabia is like any other third world nation in that regard. Brampton makes me sick, Mississauga is just an urban wateland. Scarborough is a shithole. Rexdale, Malton, Jane Finch are just plain scary! Flemingdon Park, Flemington Park, Saint James Town, Regent Park, Weston, Dixon Road, Crescent Town are all project hell holes. The list continues on! Overall can't stand Toronto. (It's not all bad) The way I see it, either some huge riot, plague, terrorist attack, crime syndicate will shut down Toronto once and for all! Winnipeg rules is the place to be!
