Oh yeah, because that is something that is 100% universal between all law schools, and totally omnipresent as to encompass all times. Different schools take different paths, and most seem to use Lexis and Westlaw, but I would hardly consider it universal; and not a gotcha challenge to determine that someone didn't attend law school or that Allred isn't an ideologue.
