Secondly, it is not correct to compare the p24of HIV and the p24 of HLTV-1 as the are only distantly related, a quick nucleotide alignment on the gag gene (aah science!) shows that 'no significant similarity was found' needless to say, you wouldnt get a false + Also, HTLV-1 is linked to leukaemia

People learning upper cervical would do well to learn the Duff Method: a precision way of measuring physical, neurological changes to the body before and after adjustments. You cant make an adjustment on what you cant see. Duff method can tell you in precise degrees of tilt rotation and how much atlas has shifted off from the center line of the skull. The effect can have immense benefit to mind and body in trillions of different cellular ways. If the head is separated from the body the body it simply cannot live. A nerve that is pinched at the atlas lowers the persons quality of that life and continues to get worse at an accelerated rate by reason of that imbalance. If a post is put in the ground crooked gravity will pull the post down at an ever increasing slant. A bodies neurological imbalances work much the same way.
