The point of the joke is to try to tell it as completely filthy as is possible..and be creative as possible...and every comedian tries to out-do each other..The name of the act is called the "Aristocrats" as to make fun of a word that means Class..which has no class at all..... That's it...There is a video where 99 comedians tell this same joke in their own style..It's called The Aristocrats...Not for children...Bob Saget wins ..I think.

HOnestly this joke is easy to understand if you simply understand the meaning of the word aristocratic. The description of the act is supposed to contrast with the name "The aristocrats". What makes it funny to some people is that the joke tends to be admittedly about shock value but also about how creative and imaginitive and long one can go for.

The joke came about during a show GG a bit after 9/11. He told a joke about an airplane making a stop at the Empire St Bldg, the crowd hissed. GG then threw that joke out on the spot. He decided to just offend everyone and be as vulgar and silly as possible thinking he already lost the crowd. But the crowd loved it! One critic even wrote that GG was inviting everyone to laugh again. Remember how people were thinking comedy was dead after 9/11? This joke changed it... if you believe the critic.
