let me correct you, ure right about audi and porsche , but believe me , the BMW, the Mercedes, and especially the VW are easier to disassemble than a fiat these days...

I'm sorry to say, but I don't believe you. As for German cars in general: They are relatively simple in construction so the owner can maintain a lot of things (best example light bulbs, in a VW you just open the case by screwing off the backcover and can do it yourself within 2 min. A renault has to be taken to a dealer and the bumper has to be taken off...). The electronics nowadays make the matter more and more complicated but still it is not really difficult to work on German chassis.

I sometimes get the impression some of the lap times are fixed, especially with the MC12 - granted it may be faster but but a tenth of a second...come on. Anyway my point is this Lap, out of all of them including the Gumpert's, to me this looked a lot faster. Anyone else think the same?

the GT looks good on video but in person it's completely stunning. then there's the noise it makes, i've never heard anything like it. it's like a few million amplified angry bees are chasing a guy in a Porsche.
