It's an oldie but goodie! I went to the Doc's today just for a check up and for some reason had this song in my head. When I thought about it, it reminded me of the story about the child Jesus healed in death and the woman that had issues with blood. Those stories will be found in Matthew 9 and also in Mark chapter 6th! You can also find it in Luka chapter 8 verses 49-56. Be blessed! Enjoy The Song!

It is a song about a woman with a physical disability and a refreshing attitude: differences in her physical body are not handicaps or deformities, they are wonders, a term that implies magic, awe and beauty. It has nothing to do some magic genie in the sky. How can there be a difference between religious and jesus when christianity is a religion based on christ.

(Jesus always warned against religious attitudes) Songs can take on different meanings. What one person hears may not be what the next person interpets. If you were to read in the bible about the child who died, it was Jesus who raised her from the dead. Where you get the idea a woman had physical disability in the song was the video, not the lyrics. Actually I was raised in the church and was a believer into adulthood. I have read the bible from cover to cover and it is from reading the bible that made me realize that there is no difference in believing in god or believing in Zeus or Apollo. Also, I don't recall any scripture where jesus brought a child back from the dead. There is the story of Lazarus found in John 11:17-27. If you are going to live your life around a poorly written book you probably shouldn't misquote it.

Yes, he did raise Lazarus from death. You are correct! Of course there are things in the bible I have forgotten from time to time as you have. The child who was brought back was in, it's under my description of the song..it's been there since I posted the song. I do give you credit for Lazarus! I don't know much about Zeus or Apollo, maybe you can explain to me how they are similar to God. I'm not joking either! I think it can be a cool conversation!I'm interested in your point of view, honestly.. Unlike you, I wasn't really raised in the church-Though I did go from time to time, I didn't start really reading the bible until I became an adult. Only as an adult, did I understand. And Bobkatttt, the account of Jesus raising a 12 yr old girl from the dead is in 3 of the 4 gospels, Matt 9, Mark 5, and Luke 8. Maybe its time to put down that latest Harry Potter book, and read that ol book of books from cover to cover again . . .
