the song "mongoloid" is a sarcatsitc jab at the old misrepresentation of Down's Syndrome. In the 1700's to early 1900's the condition was called "mongoloidism" as the faces would look Asian in apperance to the "general" i.e. white populus. People with the condition were considered mentally deficient Today, thankfully we know better.

If you want a faster version, look up an older live version, or look at the old music video. This is intentionally slowed down version... I mean, if you've done the same song in concert for 20 years, I think you would change it up every now and again. =P
