now that you know more about the benefits of breastfeeding maybe when you have children they will get the best! Read the Womanly Art of Breastfeeding by La Leche League. It's the best book on the market on this topic.

It's strange that people feel that children are better off with cow milk, treated with outdated vaccines, given ANTI~BIOTICS {think about that word} at every chance, and get sick. Breastmilk has many amazing components, a shame that much of the medical world still ignores despite proof.

I completley agree! A woman in my area was arrested actually, for breastfeeding her baby "in public". She was in her car, and had a privacy blanket up and everything, but she was arrested for "Public Indecency"
